Summary
This study aims to create a detailed map of how colon and rectal cancer spreads to nearby lymph nodes. Researchers will follow 1,200 patients who have had surgery for at least 5 years to see where cancer cells travel. The goal is to use this pattern information to help guide future surgical and treatment decisions for other patients.
