Massive global hunt for answers on rare, deadly brain tumors

NCT ID NCT07448662

Summary

This study looks back at the medical records of 700 patients from Russia and Belarus to understand which treatments work best when colorectal cancer spreads to the brain. Researchers are analyzing past surgeries and radiation therapies to see which approaches helped patients live longer or kept the brain tumors from growing back. The goal is to use this real-world data to guide future treatment decisions for this rare and challenging complication.
