Summary
This study aims to find out if older adults (age 75+) who had polyps removed previously need another colonoscopy. It will compare cancer risks between those who get a repeat procedure and those who don't, because the risks of complications from colonoscopy increase with age. The goal is to gather evidence to help doctors and patients make safer, more informed decisions about follow-up care.
