Summary
This study looks at how chemotherapy is actually used after surgery for high-risk stage II or III colon cancer in Korean patients. It tracks over 2,000 adults to see which treatments are given, how often, and what happens to them over time. The goal is to fill gaps in existing research, especially for older patients, and improve future treatment guidelines.
