Summary

This study aims to find the best way to monitor people who have a positive stool test for hidden blood but a colonoscopy that finds nothing. Researchers are comparing two follow-up plans: doing another stool test in two years versus doing another colonoscopy in two years. The goal is to see which method better catches advanced growths that could turn into colorectal cancer.
