Summary
This study involved 3 healthy women aged 35-45 who took hydrolyzed collagen peptides. Blood samples were taken 1 and 2 hours later to measure collagen-derived peptides and amino acids. The goal was to collect serum for future lab experiments on skin cells, not to test a treatment.
