One-Shot collagen jab could ease aching knees

Summary

This study tests whether a single injection of hydrolyzed collagen into the knee can reduce pain and improve function in people with knee osteoarthritis. About 204 adults who have not gotten relief from other treatments will receive either the collagen injection or a placebo (salt water). Researchers will track their pain and knee function for 6 months.
