NCT ID NCT07347236

First seen Jan 16, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tests whether taking a daily collagen supplement (PROTÉGEN Plus) for 12 weeks, alongside standard care, can improve nutrition, muscle mass, and bone health in older adults (60+) who have had a fragility fracture. Researchers will compare two groups: one receiving collagen plus usual care, and another receiving only usual care. The goal is to see if collagen helps speed recovery and prevent future fractures.
