First seen Mar 20, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tested whether a mobile app called Collabree helps people with high blood pressure take their daily pills more consistently. 181 adults in Switzerland who took at least 4 blood pressure pills a day participated. Participants were split into three groups, with two groups using the app, and all groups using a special pillbox that recorded when it was opened. The study lasted 90 days with a 90-day follow-up, measuring both medication adherence and blood pressure changes.
