Summary
This study looks at how a brief full-body cold-water bath changes the way people make decisions, their mood, and body signals like heart rate and stress hormones. Forty healthy adults will take both a cold and a warm bath on different days and then complete tasks measuring risk-taking, food choices, and feelings. The goal is to understand if cold exposure can shift behavior and physiology in a meaningful way.
