This study tests whether drinking cold water (4°C) four times a day for six months can lower body fat and slow aging in healthy adults aged 50-65. Researchers will compare the cold water group to a group drinking warm water (37°C). Participants will undergo body scans and health checks at the start, 3 months, and 6 months.
