NCT ID NCT07611422

First seen Jun 01, 2026 · Last updated Jun 08, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looks at whether taking cold showers regularly can improve how healthy adults cope with stress. About 120 people will either take a warm shower with a 30-second cold blast at the end, or just a warm shower, for four weeks. Researchers will measure stress levels, heart rate, and well-being to see if the cold water makes a difference.
