This study tests whether soaking feet in cold salt water can prevent nerve damage caused by the chemotherapy drug paclitaxel in breast cancer patients. Thirty women will be split into three groups: cold salt water foot baths, cold unsalted water foot baths, or standard care. The goal is to see if the foot baths reduce or prevent numbness, tingling, and pain.
