Summary

This study tests whether cold atmospheric plasma (CAP) can safely and effectively treat moderate-to-severe acne. 220 adults aged 18-40 will receive either CAP or a placebo treatment once a week for six weeks. The goal is to see if CAP reduces acne lesions better than placebo, offering a potential new option without the side effects of standard medications.
