Can tablet games keep your mind sharp? study tests brain training for seniors with high blood pressure
NCT ID NCT06512922
Summary
This study is testing whether a special brain training program on tablets can help improve thinking skills in older adults who have high blood pressure and are at risk for memory problems. 120 participants aged 60+ will be randomly assigned to either the active brain training program or a simpler placebo version for 12 weeks. Researchers will track changes in memory and thinking tests to see if the training helps.
