Summary
This study tests whether specific memory and alphabet search exercises can improve brain function and memory in people with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Participants will be randomly assigned to one of three groups: memory training, alphabet search training, or a general education group. The study uses brain scans (fMRI) to see if the training changes brain activity and also measures memory performance with standard tests. The goal is to find a non-drug way to help people with MCI maintain their memory.
