NCT ID NCT06130735

First seen Nov 05, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study looks at why some people improve their thinking skills after a brain injury through computer-based brain training. Researchers will test memory, attention, and other mental abilities in 30 adults aged 25-65 who had a brain injury at least a year ago. They will also measure a protein called BDNF in blood and saliva to see if it predicts who gets the most benefit.
