First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding cognitive remediation (a type of brain training) to standard early psychosis care helps young people function better in work, school, and social settings. About 117 participants from nine OnTrackNY programs will either receive usual care or usual care plus cognitive remediation, delivered either in-clinic or partly at home. The goal is to see if this approach improves thinking skills and real-world outcomes.
