Summary

This study looks at whether adding cognitive remediation (computer-based brain exercises with group coaching) to standard care helps young people with early psychosis function better in daily life. About 117 participants from nine OnTrackNY programs will either get usual care or usual care plus cognitive remediation, delivered either in-clinic or partly remote. The goal is to see if the extra training improves work, school, and social outcomes.
