Summary
This study looks at whether adding cognitive exercises to physical training can help frail older adults feel better and move better. Forty-five people aged 65 or older who are frail or pre-frail will take part in an 8-week program. They will be split into three groups: one doing resistance training, one adding core exercises, and one adding both cognitive and core exercises. The goal is to see which combination best improves mood, thinking, balance, and daily function.
