Summary
This study tested a therapy called cognitive multi-sensory rehabilitation (CMR) in 40 people who had a stroke 6 to 18 months earlier. The therapy uses movement awareness and discrimination exercises to help the brain and arm work together. Participants received 12 sessions over four weeks. The goal was to see if CMR improves arm function and reduces fatigue better than standard physical therapy alone.
