Can a video game-like workout boost memory and walking in MS?

Summary
This study tests whether a combined thinking and exercise program done at home can improve memory and walking in people with multiple sclerosis. About 90 adults with MS will be randomly assigned to different training groups. The goal is to see if combining cognitive and motor exercises works better than doing either alone.
