First seen May 08, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study tests whether a combined cognitive and motor training program done at home can improve memory and thinking in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). About 90 adults with MS will be randomly assigned to different training groups. The program uses telemedicine to guide exercises aimed at working memory and walking. Researchers will also use brain scans and EEG to understand how improvements happen and who benefits most.
