Summary

This study tests whether a drink made from oats and chickpeas can improve thinking and brain activity in healthy adults aged 70 and older. Over 9 weeks, 114 participants will consume the drink daily. Researchers will use brain scans and blood tests to measure changes in brain function, inflammation, and overall health.
