Summary
This study tests whether a combination of physical activity, cognitive training, and dietary supplements can reduce depression symptoms and prevent memory or thinking problems in people with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD). Researchers will enroll 120 adults aged 50-80 who have MDD but no or only mild cognitive impairment. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive the lifestyle interventions or a control, and their mood and cognitive function will be tracked over time.
