Summary
This study follows 66 people with primary progressive multiple sclerosis (PPMS) and healthy volunteers over 2 years to see how thinking skills like memory and attention change. Researchers use brain scans and thinking tests to link brain changes with cognitive decline. The goal is to better understand why some people with PPMS have trouble thinking clearly.
