Brain training at home: new study tests digital program for memory decline

Summary

This study tests whether a digital program called RICORDO can help people aged 50+ with mild memory problems better manage their own health and daily life. Participants will use RICORDO or a standard education program at home for five weeks. Researchers will compare changes in health management skills, thinking abilities, and quality of life between the two groups.
