First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tests a combination of five oral drugs (hydroxychloroquine, metformin, sirolimus, dasatinib, and nelfinavir) to see if they are safe and can control advanced solid tumors or relapsed prostate cancer. About 76 adults with these cancers will take the drugs and be monitored for side effects and disease response. The goal is to find the best dose and measure how many patients have stable disease after 16 weeks.
