NCT ID NCT07640425

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests a new drug called CNT201 for people with Dupuytren's contracture, a condition where fingers bend toward the palm and can't straighten. The drug is injected into the tight cord in the finger to break it down, aiming to restore movement. About 60 adults aged 18 to 75 with at least one affected finger will participate. The main goals are to check safety and see if the finger can straighten within 5 degrees of normal.
