Summary
This study tested a vaccine called Triplex® in 94 adults who have both HIV and cytomegalovirus (CMV). The goal was to see if the vaccine is safe and helps the immune system control CMV. Participants received two shots of the vaccine or a placebo over 4 weeks and were followed for 48 weeks.
