Summary
This study tests whether giving CytoGam® (CMV immunoglobulin) after standard antiviral treatment can prevent late CMV infection in high-risk kidney or liver transplant recipients. About 80 participants who are CMV-negative but receive an organ from a CMV-positive donor will be enrolled. The goal is to reduce the chance of serious CMV-related illness and hospitalizations.
