Summary
This early-stage study tests a new medicine called CMP-CPS-001 in healthy adults and people with a genetic condition called OTC deficiency, which makes it hard for the body to break down ammonia. The goal is to check if the drug is safe and how it works in the body. About 120 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo as a shot under the skin.
