First seen Mar 22, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests an experimental drug called CLR 131 in children, adolescents, and young adults (ages up to 30) with certain cancers that have come back or not responded to standard treatments. The cancers include solid tumors (like neuroblastoma and sarcomas), lymphomas, and malignant brain tumors. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 30 participants will be enrolled.
