Summary
This early-phase study is testing an experimental drug called CLR 125 in 60 people with advanced triple-negative breast cancer that has not responded to prior treatments. The main goals are to find the safest and most effective dose and to understand what side effects occur. Participants receive the drug by infusion four times per 8-week cycle and will have regular clinic visits for monitoring.
