Summary
This small pilot study tested a closed-loop system that automatically adjusts insulin delivery for people with type 1 diabetes. Five adults who already use an insulin pump and continuous glucose monitor took part. The goal was to see if the system works reliably and helps keep blood sugar in a healthy range.
