First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 30, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests whether a hybrid closed-loop insulin pump (MiniMed 780) can help people with diabetes after pancreas removal achieve better blood sugar control. About 24 adults will use the pump for 3 months and then their usual treatment for 3 months, with results compared. The goal is to see if the automated system increases time blood sugar stays in a healthy range and improves quality of life.
