First seen Apr 15, 2026 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests a training program for NICU staff called Close Collaboration with Parents, which helps them involve parents more in their baby's care. Researchers will compare parent experiences, anxiety levels, and readiness to go home before and after the program is put in place. About 60 parents of newborns in the NICU will take part. The goal is to see if better teamwork between staff and parents leads to less stress and a smoother transition home.
