First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study looks at whether giving both clopidogrel and aspirin for 21 days after a stroke is safe and works better than aspirin alone to prevent another stroke. About 200 adults who had a mild to moderate stroke and received clot-removal treatment will take part. The goal is to see if the two-drug combo reduces the risk of a repeat stroke without causing dangerous bleeding.
