Summary
This study looked at whether a new drug called clofutriben affects how the body processes two other drugs, midazolam and prednisolone. Sixteen healthy adults took clofutriben daily for 16 days along with single doses of the other drugs. The goal was to measure drug levels in the blood to see if clofutriben changes their breakdown. This was a Phase 1 trial with no direct treatment benefit for participants.
