Japanese CLL patients monitored for deep remission after venetoclax treatment

NCT ID NCT06362044

First seen Dec 12, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tracked 89 Japanese adults with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) who took venetoclax, sometimes with rituximab, for 24 months. Researchers measured how many patients had undetectable minimal residual disease (uMRD), a sign of deep remission. The goal was to understand real-world outcomes, not to test a new treatment. Participants followed their usual care, with no extra visits or procedures.
