Double-Drug attack on blood cancer shows promise
NCT ID NCT02756897
Summary
This study tests whether taking two oral medications together—venetoclax and ibrutinib—can better control chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). It is for adults whose cancer has returned after prior treatment or who have high-risk, untreated disease. The goal is to see if this drug combination can achieve deep remissions and control the cancer over time.
