Four-Pronged attack on blood cancer tested in new trial
NCT ID NCT02629809
Summary
This study is testing a combination of four drugs as the first treatment for patients with a specific genetic type of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). The goal is to see if using these drugs together—a targeted therapy, two chemotherapy drugs, and an immunotherapy—is more effective at putting the cancer into deep remission. The trial will measure how well the treatment works and monitor its safety in 81 participants.
