Summary
This study tracks healthcare costs and patient quality of life for Canadians with high-risk chronic lymphocytic leukemia. It compares starting newer treatments immediately versus waiting until symptoms appear. Researchers will follow 247 patients for up to 10 years to understand which approach offers better value for the healthcare system.
