New combo therapy aims to free patients from lifelong cancer treatment
NCT ID NCT07321652
Summary
This study is for older adults (65+) with untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). It compares a new, time-limited combination of two oral drugs (zanubrutinib and sonrotoclax) against taking one of the drugs continuously. The main goal is to see if the combination can control the cancer just as well, but for a fixed period, potentially allowing patients to stop treatment.
