Scientists hunt clues in blood of patients who beat the odds

Summary
This study aims to understand why some patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) stop responding to two common types of targeted drugs. Researchers will collect blood, bone marrow, and lymph node samples from 60 patients whose cancer has become resistant to both drug types. By studying these samples in the lab, they hope to learn how new experimental drugs called BTK degraders might overcome this resistance.
