Summary
This study looked at whether a clinical Pilates exercise program can help reduce symptoms of hip osteoarthritis, like pain and stiffness. Fifty-two adults with hip osteoarthritis took part in either Pilates or standard exercises twice a week for 12 weeks. Researchers measured pain, movement, and quality of life before and after the program to see which approach worked better.
