Can a speedy IV drug tame blood pressure during brain bleeding?

Summary
This study tests whether the IV drug clevidipine can lower blood pressure quickly and keep it stable in people having a bleeding stroke (intracerebral hemorrhage). About 1,000 adults will be randomly assigned to get clevidipine or another IV blood pressure medicine within 12 hours of symptoms starting. The goal is to see which approach reaches the target blood pressure range faster and keeps it there.
