NCT ID NCT07279883
First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study reviews medical records of 150 children who had cleft palate surgery. It compares those who received a standard painkiller (morphine) alone to those who also got a nerve block in the cheek area. The goal is to see if the nerve block reduces the need for morphine, lowers side effects, and allows children to go home sooner.
