Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new treatment called CD371-YSNVZ-IL18 CAR T cells for people with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back or not responded to standard therapy. The main goal is to find the safest dose and see what side effects occur. About 15 participants will receive these specially engineered immune cells designed to attack leukemia cells carrying the CD371 marker.
