New hope for relapsed blood cancer: Three-Drug combo enters trials

Summary

This study tests a new combination of three drugs (lisaftoclax, chidamide, and rituximab) in adults with a type of blood cancer called diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to prior treatment. The goal is to find a safe and effective dose and see if the combination can shrink tumors. About 51 participants will take part in this early-phase trial.
