Summary
This study compared two specific hip-strengthening exercises to see which one better helps sales workers with long-term knee pain from iliotibial band syndrome. 92 participants were split into two groups, each doing a different exercise (clamshell or frog pump) along with standard heat and stretching therapy for 12 weeks. Researchers measured changes in pain, leg movement, and daily function to determine which exercise provided more relief.
